A base you cannot trace back to its signal is not a result.
Any pore. Any chemistry. Signal in, answers out.
Upload raw nanopore signal as BLOW5. Get basecalls with native 5mC · 5hmC · 6mA, the physical reconstruction behind every base, and a reproducibility record for your methods section. If your signal is new to us, we calibrate first — on your own labelled reads, digital only.
Decode, here, means basecalling that keeps the physical reconstruction of every base next to the sequence.

- Price known before anything runsbilled per Gsample of signal, read from your file headers before anything runs
- 5mC · 5hmC · 6mA called in-pass, no bisulfiteno bisulfite, no second library, no separate run
- Frozen core, hash-asserted — the same core on every jobits hash is in your audit record, so a rerun in a year is checkable against this one
Which of these is you today?
The way in depends on what made you look, not on your job title. If none of these is this week, the free Signal Check is still the place to start.
- A PI wants 5hmC or 6mA, and the stock model does not cover the context. Decode Run
- There is no model for my organism, my chemistry, or my construct. Calibration
- I need to know whether something is in this run, not to decode all of it. Specified Search Run
- A reviewer or an auditor asked whether a rerun would give the same answer. Reproducibility
- My data is human-derived research data. Data and security
- A base or an alphabet nobody has decoded before. Alphabet Extension

What "keeping the physics" means
Is it in it?
Specify the sequences, constructs, loci or modification positions you are looking for. We search your signal and tell you what the reads support — at the thresholds you set. From €11 per barcode.
Five products, one ladder
- Signal Check — free.Send up to 5 Gsamples and up to three targets. You learn whether your signal decodes as-is, needs a calibration set, or needs an alphabet extension. If it decodes, you get the full result set on that subset.
- Specified Search Run.Your signal, your target list, your thresholds. Per target: evidence found, not observed at this depth, or inconclusive — with the supporting reads and the reconstruction behind them. From €11 per barcode.
- Decode Run.Signal in; sequence, modifications, reconstruction and audit record out. From €15 per barcode.
- Calibration.One-time, per pore and chemistry. A feasibility step on the reads you have, then adaptation on a few thousand of your labelled reads — you see the learning curve before you commit to volume.
- Alphabet Extension.New base, new analyte, new alphabet: physics-derived codebook rows from a molecular structure, adapted on your calibration data.
The line we stand behind
Any pore, any chemistry. The first job may need a calibration set — we tell you exactly which reads to supply. We don't claim a number before we've seen your signal; every job ships with its own.
What you get with every job
- Open formats: FASTQ, BAM with modification tags (unaligned unless you give us a reference), VCF/PAF when you give us a reference
- .sen-lite: the physical reconstruction of your reads — signal, per-frame decode, centre cube — for a representative sample and for every read we flag as low-confidence. The full run is available on request
- Audit record: model hashes, codebook hash, input and output checksums, thresholds, retention dates — signed, so it can go into your validation file
- Viewer: open any read and see what the decoder saw
