AVV — data processing agreement

Research data of human origin is processed only under this agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), pseudonymised before upload, for research use only. It is built on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses for controller–processor relationships and incorporates them unchanged as Annex 5. Annex 1 names the parties, Annex 2 describes the processing, Annex 3 lists the technical and organisational measures, and Annex 4 names our subprocessors.
