Oxford Nanopore hardware (MinION or GridION; PromethION integration available), DNA ME's proprietary reagents, the Cloud Anchor compute device running SEN Encoding locally, the Cloud Portal interface, and hands-on staff training. Everything from a single source, configured for your environment.

Full native epigenetics: 5mC + 5hmC + 6mA. CRISPR/Cas9-guided, long reads (5–20 kb) for allele-specific and haplotype-resolved methylation. Turnaround 60–96 h.

WES G2 · Whole Exome Sequencing G2

Exome-wide discovery

Exome-wide full native epigenetics via adaptive sampling, no physical enrichment. For discovery, when you don't yet know where to look. Turnaround 72–96 h.

A structured 8-week implementation followed by ongoing optimization. We move at your pace, but we don't waste your time.

Technical Assessment & Planning

On-site or virtual infrastructure assessment. Detailed implementation plan covering hardware placement, IT configuration, reagent supply, and training schedule. No GPU infrastructure needed.

Weeks 3 – 4

Hardware Deployment & Installation

Sequencing hardware and the Cloud Anchor delivered and installed. Software configured for your environment. First test sample processed under supervision to validate the complete workflow.

Weeks 5 – 6

Staff Training & Supervised Runs

2–3 day intensive training: library preparation, sequencing protocol, software operation, data interpretation, troubleshooting. At least three supervised runs with real samples.

Weeks 7 – 8

Independent Operation

Your lab runs independently. First independent run monitored remotely by DNA ME. Dedicated technical contact available via direct messaging. Response time: under 2 hours for operational issues.
